Charges for the care of babies and pre-school children are calculated by the hour and per
session and all sessions will be rounded up to the nearest half hour. Extra hours, taken over
and above those contracted by individuals, will be added to the invoice at the end of the
month in which they are taken.

The rates for school age children are calculated per session.

Non attendance will be charged at the usual hourly / sessional rate. There is no charge,
however, if we are unable to provide care for your child due to setting closure.

Charges for September 2023

Childcare charges for September will be as follows:

Hourly rate for 0-3 year olds attending three or more days per week:                                      £6.75

Hourly rate for 0-3 year olds attending one or two days per week:                                            £7.25

Hourly rate for 0 – 3 year olds attending Term Time only:                                                         £7.25

 

3 to 5 Year Olds and Nursery Funded Places

Hourly rate for 3 – 4 year olds attending Term Time only and more than 40 hours per week: £6.75

Hourly rate for 3 -4 year olds attending all year:     £6.50

From the term following their third birthday:

Children attending full time (over 40 hrs each week) will receive up to 30 Nursery Funded Hours at no additional charge.  Please see www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for eligibility.

Children attending part time (15- 39 hours per week) will be requested to pay an Additional Integrated Services Charge of £1.20 per hour for each of the Nursery Funded Hours attended.

The AIS charge covers costs which are not included in your Nursery Funding. The AIS charge covers: all foods – including snacks and cooked lunches; all consumables including paper, pens, paint, glue, other craft items, paper hand towels, hand soap and household cleaning and sanitising  products

Please Note – if your child is absent, charges still apply. Any extra hours booked in with us will be charged for if your child does not attend.

School Clubs from the Wyche Primary School

Before school club opens at 7.45am.  After school club closes at 5.30pm

Breakfast Club                                         £6.00

After School (up to 5.30)                   £10.50

Late charge for collection after 5.30pm till 5.45pm – £15.50

Late charge for collection after 5.45pm till 6.00pm – £20.00

Daily rate (8.00am – 5.15pm) for over 8s (school holidays, TED days etc.) – £37.00*

Daily rate (8.00am – 5.15pm) for 5 to 8 year olds – £40.00*

*Additional charge will apply for early drop offs or late collection
